What We Do

To strengthen the labor movement through the use of music, other performing arts, and visual arts.

To preserve and promote knowledge of the cultural heritage of the American worker through the arts, including music, poetry, written works, theatre, and visual expressions, and through information about labor history.

Using creative organizing methods, artistic opportunities, cultural activities, and historical research including written and oral histories, we bring synergy, heart and soul to the labor movement, enhancing its passion for equality, fair labor standards and practices, and a just society.
