Labor Grammys
Thanks to everyone who voted in this year's Labor Grammys!
Watch this space for information on the next nomination period.
The Labor Grammys
is a yearly celebration of the
songs
that lift up worker power, unions, and solidarity—music made for picket lines, union halls, and the long tradition of labor culture.
Our friends at
Power At Work
pioneered this annual commemoration of the music that moves us, and in 2026 the Labor Heritage Foundation was proud to continue the tradition they started.
Every year we ask
our members
to nominate the best labor songs of the year.
Once nominations close members vote to determine which song(s) should win the Labor Grammy for best Labor Song Of The Year.
The winner(s) are announced on
Labor Heritage Power Hour
the week after the official Grammys telecast.
It's a fun way to honor the songs that inspire us to stand in solidarity with our fellow workers. Want to suggest a song for consideration? Send a link to us at
