REGISTRATION

Note: You must register for each conference SEPARATELY; also if you're staying on campus, be sure to select appropriate accommodations below.
       To register, put the number 1 inside the appropriate box, then click on the box. Be sure to click on each box that applies. Please use a separate form for each participant.
($5 will be added to registrations received after May 31)

SELECT YOUR HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS HERE:
Off Campus Housing:
Will live off campus and pay for meals separately upon arrival.
(breakfast $12, lunch $15.00, dinner $18, per meal. Children under 12 pay half price.)

On Campus Housing:
Meals are included in room rates (except for Sunday) and are provided from Sunday dinner through Tuesday lunch. If you have a child staying in your room, check the single room option. The child will pay for meals only.

Table Rental is done on a first come, first served basis. Table measures 6' x 1.5'.
